Preheat oven to 190°C. Mix oats, coconut, flour, salt & sugar.
Melt butter, add golden syrup, water & bicarb in a saucepan.
Stir well & add to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Put balls of dough on a baking tray. Balls will make chewy cookies. Flatten balls a little for crispy cookies.
Bake for 10 mins. Cool on tray.
