Combine 600g diced chicken breast with turmeric, smoked paprika, garam masala, salt and pepper
Add 15g fresh ginger, 3 crushed garlic cloves, and 100g low fat Greek yoghurt to the chicken and marinate
Heat 20g light butter in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until done
In the same pan, add ½ sliced onion and cook until softened
Add 15g cashew nut butter and the same seasonings (turmeric, smoked paprika, garam masala, salt and pepper)
Add 400g diced/chopped tomatoes and 40g low fat Greek yoghurt to create the sauce
Simmer until sauce thickens and flavors combine
Finish by adding 20ml light thickened cream and fresh coriander if desired
Evenly distribute into 4 servings and serve
