Cavatelli With Shrimp & Cannellini Bean Puree
  1. Season your shrimp with salt and pepper

  2. Sauté the shrimp in EVOO (2 mins on each side)

  3. Add juice of lemon and then remove

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and your "garleek" and garlic - cook for 3 minutes or so and then add in your halved cherry tomatoes

  5. After 5 minutes add in 1 cup of the cannellini beans (reserve the rest)

  6. In the meantime add your cavatelli to salted boiling water

  7. After another few minutes you'll add everything in pan to cup and immersion blend with a pinch of parsley and 1 tablespoon of EVOO

  8. Add back to pan with a ladle or 2 of pasta water- add slowly so it doesn't get to liquidy

  9. Add the rest of the cannellini beans and the shrimp back in and your cooker cavatelli

  10. Serve with some fresh parsley
