  1. Layer the no-boil lasagna sheets in a 15"x11"x3" roasting pan

  2. Arrange the lightly breaded frozen chicken breasts in a layer

  3. Mix the cottage cheese with the Carbone Vodka sauce

  4. Spread the cottage cheese and sauce mixture over the chicken

  5. Sprinkle the reduced fat mozzarella over the sauce

  6. Add another layer of lasagna sheets

  7. Repeat layering with remaining chicken, sauce mixture, and mozzarella

  8. Top with parmigiano reggiano

  9. Bake until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and golden

  10. Cut into 10 servings and portion into meal prep containers
