Friday Night Pasta
  1. Chop up half an onion into a medium dice

  2. Cook ground beef until it gets color on one side, then chop it up into fine bits with a wooden spatula

  3. Add salt and pepper to the beef and cook for a minute or two

  4. Add the diced onion and cook for about 5-6 minutes until the onion softens

  5. Add tomato paste and stir to combine

  6. Add beef better than bouillon and a little bit of water

  7. Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes

  8. Add heavy cream to the sauce

  9. Cook the heavy cream for another 5-6 minutes

  10. Boil pasta and cook it two-thirds of the way

  11. Finish cooking the pasta in the sauce so it soaks up all the goodness

  12. Finish with Parmigiano Reggiano and a shot of vinegar

  13. Let it sit for about 5 minutes under the heat so the sauce soaks back up

  14. Finish with fresh parsley

  15. Plate up and serve
