Pour cranberries into a bowl and cover with 7-UP and orange juice. Mix, cover, and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
Drain the cranberries and pour them into a Ziploc bag. Add powdered sugar and toss to coat evenly.
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let them cool completely, and enjoy the crunch.
