Rinse your blackberries. Then grab a medium-size pot and add your berries over medium-high heat. Stir your blackberries until liquid from the berries starts to release.
Once the blackberries begin to breakdown, grab your immersion blender to break down any remaining large pieces. NOTE: You can also use a potato masher or fork to break down the berries. Or remove them from the pot and blend in your blender or food processor to get them smooth.
Next add your agave nectar, key lime juice, and sea moss gel. Stir until your jam starts to thicken or for 1 to 2 minutes over medium-low heat.. The sea moss gel will thicken the jam pretty quick.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool for 15 minutes.
Use on toast, pancakes, waffles (or whatever else you would normally use jam on).
If not using immediately, transfer into a clean sterile mason jar. Make sure the lid closed tightly. Store in the refrigerator for 5 - 7 days or in the freezer for 2 months.
