Pressure Cooker Cube Steak & Gravy
  1. Add the flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne to a ziplock bag. Toss to combine.

  2. Add the cut up meat to the bag and shake to coat the meat with the flour.

  3. Heat oil in the pressure cooker and brown the meat on both sides in batches.

  4. Once the meat is browned, add a touch of beef broth to deglaze the pot.

  5. Add onions and sauté to your liking.

  6. Add garlic and sauté for a couple of minutes.

  7. Leave the vegetables in the pot and add the meat, juice and all.

  8. Sprinkle the remaining flour over the top of the meat.

  9. Add the broth and stir.

  10. Set pressure to high for 20 minutes. After it’s done, quick release the pressure.
