Homemade Mcribs
  1. In a pan, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper.

  2. Stir the sauce together well and heat over medium heat until the sauce is well combined and starting to thicken. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  3. Form the ground pork into McRib shaped patties. Use a spatula to add horizontal lines to each one. Season them well with BBQ seasoning.

  4. Place patties on a sheet pan with a wire rack to help the grease drain away. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F.

  5. Brush the homemade sauce over the McRibs and place them back in the oven for just a couple of minutes.

  6. Build sandwiches on toasted buns with sliced onion and dill pickles. Enjoy!
