Marinate Chicken

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Combine chicken with sugar, soy sauce, chaksine wine, cornstarch, and white pepper. Mix well.

Prepare Sauce

  1. Combine sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Prepare Vegetables and Aromatics

  1. Chop red bell pepper and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Cut dried red chilies and green onions into one-inch lengths.

Cook Dish

  1. Heat oil.

  2. Sear marinated chicken until 60% cooked.

  3. Add dried chilies, garlic, and ginger. Mix.

  4. Add chopped vegetables. Cook 2-3 minutes.

  5. Stir sauce and pour into the center.

  6. Stir-fry all ingredients until combined.

  7. Add peanuts. Mix thoroughly.
