Combine sugar, soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Prepare Vegetables and Aromatics
Chop red bell pepper and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Cut dried red chilies and green onions into one-inch lengths.
Cook Dish
Heat oil.
Sear marinated chicken until 60% cooked.
Add dried chilies, garlic, and ginger. Mix.
Add chopped vegetables. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir sauce and pour into the center.
Stir-fry all ingredients until combined.
Add peanuts. Mix thoroughly.
