Chicken Enchilada Pasta Meal Prep

  2. Cook on HIGH for 4 hrs or LOW for 6–7 hrs

  3. With 10 mins left, stir in cooked pasta, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheese

  4. Mix well, let everything melt and come together

  5. Split evenly into 7 meal prep containers

  6. Store in the fridge for a high-protein week!
