Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir-fry
  1. Toss chicken with Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce (about 2–3 tablespoons) and season with Kosher salt.

  2. Heat oil over medium high heat in a nonstick skillet. Stir-fry chicken for 5–6 minutes, then add peppers and more Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce.

  3. Stir for another 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are softened.

  4. To serve, top with scallions, if desired.
