Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
  1. In a bowl, separate four egg yolks from the whites and add 4 tbsp of milk along with a tsp of vanilla extract

  2. Whisk it together and add in half a cup of cake flour / all purpose flour and half a tsp of baking powder and whisk

  3. In the bowl of egg whites, whisk and then add in 4 tbsp of granulated sugar and whisk until stiff peaks

  4. Combine both mixture together

  5. Place the mixture on a nonstick pan, add a few drops of water and cover with a lid cook for 3-4 mins on each side

  6. Once cooked, add any toppings u like and enjoy
