Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Coat the thighs in sauce. Stir all the ingredients from the "chicken thighs" section together (except for the chicken thighs) in a large bowl. Add in the chicken thighs and gently stir until well coated. Optional: Marinate overnight. 3. Bake. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until 165F internal temp. 4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
