Blueberry Cheesecake Blended Chia Seed Pudding
  1. Add blueberries, almond milk, protein powder, pudding mix to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Then add chia seeds, blend again on high until it starts to thicken into a pudding like texture.

  3. Add to jars and top with toppings and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
