Orange Rolls
  1. Add milk, yeast, eggs, bread flour, and sugar to mixer. Mix till combined then cover and let sit for 30 minutes.

  2. Uncover and mix. While mixing add in salt and softened butter.

  3. Mix until gluten has developed (8-10 minutes) then remove from mixer and place in a sealed container.

  4. Proof for 2 hours with one stretch and fold 60 minutes in.

  5. Place in the fridge overnight.

  6. Roll out dough the next morning.

  7. Spread softened butter on the dough.

  8. Rub together zest and sugar then spread across evenly.

  9. Slice into 12 equal strips and roll.

  10. Cover and set aside to proof for 2-2.5 hours.

  11. Drizzle heavy cream over top before baking if desired.

  12. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes then drop to 350°F for 15 minutes.

  13. Let cool slightly.

  14. Cream the butter, cream cheese, salt and zest together till smooth.

  15. Add powdered sugar and orange juice. Mix till smooth.

  16. Top rolls with frosting.
