In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic paste, BBQ sauce, kimchi and oyster sauce.
In a large plastic bag, add the rice, chicken, mozzarella, spring onion and the sauce above. Shake well until evenly coloured.
Roll mixture into 6 even sized balls, then coat with flour, followed by egg, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
Add balls to airfryer for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
Dress with more spring onion and condiments of your choice.
