Gut Friendly Gingerbread Balls
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until it becomes a thicker consistency

  2. Roll them into 8 small sized balls, then chill for 10 mins in the fridge/freezer

  3. Melt a dark chocolate block with a tablespoon of coconut oil

  4. Dip the balls into the melted dark chocolate

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best texture
