Cut chicken thighs into 2-inch pieces and place them in a bowl.
In a small bowl, add the cut up chicken and mix together:
Tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp cayenne powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1.5 tbsp olive oil.
Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and marinate for 20 minutes (Optional: if you have the patience lol).
In a bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in 2 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley. Mix well and and set aside.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces tightly onto wooden skewers.
Air Fry the Chicken:
Place the chicken skewers in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
Flip the skewers halfway and continue air frying until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Brush the cooked chicken skewers with the garlic herb butter and garnish with additional parsley.
