Savoury Smoky Tofu Granola
  1. Grate the firm tofu

  2. Mix up the chia and flaxseeds with the water so they start to form a gel

  3. Mix up everything with all the seasonings so they are well distributed

  4. Add in the tofu and pumpkin seeds and mix in the soy sauce

  5. Add a little drizzle of olive oil if you want it extra crispy (optional)

  6. Place onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C/350°F or until crispy

  7. Eat on its own or sprinkle on salad, beans or soups
