Whisk the brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a medium bowl until combined.
Add the Lil’ Smokies sausages to the slow cooker and pour the pineapple glaze over them, stirring to coat evenly.
Add the pineapple chunks and gently mix them in.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with toothpicks for easy snacking.
