Heat up the oven to 350 ̊F.
In a food processor, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, sugar, and sea salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
Add the vegan butter and vanilla extract. Pulse again until well combined.
Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray. Transfer the mixture into the pan and flatten it with a spatula, pressing firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
