Garlic Bread Twists
  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), and lightly grease a pizza pan.

  2. Place warm water in a bowl; add yeast and sugar. Mix and let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

  3. Add flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture; beat until smooth. You can do this by hand or use a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook to make it easier.

  4. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and roll out 10 oz pizza dough to a 10x16-inch rectangle.

  6. Cut dough lengthwise into 12 strips. Halve strips to make 24 (8-inch-long) strips.

  7. Tie each strip into a knot. Arrange in a prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  9. Transfer knots to a large bowl. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, crushed red peppers, and Kosher salt. Toss gently to coat.
