Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for one minute until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef brith. Bring to a simmer.
Add the cornstarch mixture, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Toss in noodles and green onions, coating evenly with sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions.
