Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
¼ cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup rice
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
In a pot, combine rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover. Cook for 15 minutes, then stir in Parmesan.
Serve chicken over the rice and garnish with parsley.
