Lay out the filo pastry sheets. Taking one, brush olive oil on top.
Place the small chunk of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheet like you're wrapping a parcel. Repeat this process with the rest of feta chunks and filo pastry sheets.
Heat up the additional olive oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. After a minute, add the parcels and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.
Place the crispy parcels on a plate lined with kitchen roll to absorb the excess oil. Then remove and serve with honey and sesame seeds on top.
