Homemade Ichiran Ramen
  1. Combine water, garlic powder, pork belly slices, pork fat, Japanese sake, pork stock powder, and MSG/IMP/GMP blend in a pot

  2. Add gelatin powder to the mixture

  3. Boil for 10 minutes

  4. Blend the soup mixture

  5. Add sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, and soy milk to the blended soup

  6. Blend again

  7. For the spicy sauce, mix sesame oil, gochujang, red chilli powder, MSG, and water together

  8. Serve the ramen soup with the spicy sauce on the side
