Chopped Salmon Cream Cheese Bagels
  1. Mix yeast, water and sugar until the yeast and sugar dissolves and let sit for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add flour, salt, oil and knead for about 10 minutes.

  3. Transfer to a bowl. Cover with a dry towel and let the dough rise for about 45 minutes until doubled in size.

  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces and form balls. Cover with a towel and let the balls rest for about 10 minutes.

  5. Make a whole in the middle of every ball to form bagels. Cover with a towel and let them rest for another 10 minutes.

  6. In a large pot bring water with 2 tbsp of sugar to a boil.

  7. Cook the bagels on each side for 60 seconds.

  8. Place all bagels on a baking pan covered with baking paper.

  9. Spread the milk on each bagel.

  10. Top with anything you like.

  11. Bake for 20 minutes at 220C degrees.
