Air Fryer Baked Brie With Hot Honey
  1. Preheat an air fryer for 3 minutes at 160°C. Unwrap the brie and place on a sheet of baking paper.

  2. Use a small sharp knife to score a diamond pattern across the top of the brie. Place the brie on the baking paper in the air fryer, then place metal spoons on the paper to weigh it down (this will stop it blowing up over the food). Cook for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and press gently the centre of the brie. If it is very soft in the middle, it is ready. If not, cook for a further 1-2 minutes and check again.

  3. Meanwhile, combine the honey and sriracha in a small bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.

  4. Use tongs to carefully remove the hot spoons from the paper. Use the baking paper to carefully lift the brie from the air fryer and onto a board. Drizzle the brie with the sriracha-spiced hot honey and sprinkle with thyme. Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
