Creamy Meatball Orzo Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Place Boursin in the center of a 9×13 baking dish

  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes around it

  4. Pour in dry orzo

  5. Add broth over everything

  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

  7. Add spinach on top

  8. Add frozen meatballs

  9. Cover tightly with foil and bake 20 minutes

  10. Remove foil and stir well, breaking Boursin into a creamy sauce

  11. Return to oven uncovered and bake 10–15 more minutes until liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender

  12. Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving
