Preheat oven to 400°F
Place Boursin in the center of a 9×13 baking dish
Add sun-dried tomatoes around it
Pour in dry orzo
Add broth over everything
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
Add spinach on top
Add frozen meatballs
Cover tightly with foil and bake 20 minutes
Remove foil and stir well, breaking Boursin into a creamy sauce
Return to oven uncovered and bake 10–15 more minutes until liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender
Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving
