Mince your raw shrimp using a knife.
Add that into a bowl along with the remaining shrimp ingredients.
Mix well and set aside.
Using a knife, cut your dumplings wrappers into this slices and place on a plate.
Form your shrimp paste into balls.
Add your thin sliced dumpling wrappers on top of the shrimp and press to coat.
Fry at 375 for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately season with salt and serve with Thai chili sauce.
