Put a large pot of water on to boil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, 1 minced garlic clove, herbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix with your hands just until combined. Roll into 1 ½-inch balls.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and transfer the meatballs to the sheet. Broil until browned and firm, tossing once, 8 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a glug of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the remaining garlic and cook for a few seconds until fragrant but not burnt. Add the tomatoes and juice, breaking them up as you go with your hands. Season with salt and bring to allow simmer, stirring occasionally.
Once the water is boiling, add salt followed by the pasta. Stir and cook until al dente according to the package.
Once cooked, drain the pasta well and toss with the sauce. Plate and top with the Moe balls and more parmesan. Serve and SMILE!
