Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place tortillas on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Spread ¾ cup (more or less depending on personal preference and size of tortilla you are using) of spinach artichoke dip over each tortilla.
Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Top with diced tomatoes after pulling out from oven.
