Melt white chocolate chips using a double boiler (pot with water and glass bowl) on low heat, stirring constantly to prevent graininess
Brown the butter and set aside for about 10 minutes to cool slightly
In a bowl, combine cooled brown butter, melted white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and salt
Add flour and fold in until just combined
Fold in 10 crushed Oreos until just combined
Pour batter into a heavily buttered 9x13 inch pan
Top with additional crushed Oreos or whole Oreos
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes
