Single serve hot pot
  1. Prepare glass noodles in lukewarm water until they are flexible but dente.

  2. Shreds lettuce and bok choy, placing them into microwaveable container. Make a nesting spot in the middle.

  3. If chestnuts are not already prepared, cut into coins. Place water chestnuts into centre of veggies nest.

  4. Flute bundles of mushrooms in the filleted meat. Place the flutes across the top of the veggie nest.

  5. Drain out noodles and put them on top of the meat.

  6. Chop green onion and sprinkle on top of noodles.

  7. Pour the rest of the ingredients over the dish (broth, sesame seeds, and sauces).

  8. Cover to transport or heat up in the microwave until the meat is cooked.
