Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Everything Together: In a bowl, combine: Coconut, Almonds, Chocolate chips, Sweetened condensed milk, Vanilla, Salt. Mix until the dough holds together. (If too dry, add a spoonful of condensed milk. If too wet, add a bit more coconut.)
Scoop & Shape: Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten into cookie shapes — they will not spread much.
Bake: Bake 12–14 minutes until edges turn golden brown.
Cool Completely: They firm up as they cool — don’t skip this step!
