Crispy Chili Oil Rice And Eggs
  1. Add chili oil and day-old rice to a pan over medium heat

  2. Press the rice down slightly so the bottom gets golden and crisp

  3. Whisk 4 eggs and pour them evenly over the rice

  4. Let the eggs settle into the pockets of rice

  5. Top with green onion, toasted sesame seeds, chili flakes, salt and pepper

  6. Cover with a lid and let cook until the eggs are fully set

  7. Slide onto a plate and top with avocado, more chili oil, sesame seeds, and green onion

  8. Serve and enjoy
