Baked Garam Masala Fries
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine oil, garam masala, paprika and turmeric in a bowl. Add fries and toss to coat. Place in a single layer on tray. Bake, turning halfway, for 45 minutes or until crisp.

  2. Sprinkle fries with salt and black sesame seeds, if using, and serve with hot chutney and lime wedges to squeeze over.
