Place the pomegranate juice into a muffin tray
Fill each muffin cup with a small sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and rosemary
Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight
Place frozen cubes into a glass and top with sparkling cider or ginger ale
Optional: For added electrolytes, cut pomegranate juice with ½ cup of coconut water and a sprinkle of Redmonds real salt before freezing
