Soak sliced green onions in ice water for 10 minutes, then drain
Combine soy sauce, cooking wine, mulyeot, minced garlic, and sugar to prepare sauce
Heat oil in pan over medium heat, spoon batter and spread slightly, fry 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked
Layer the cooked chicken, top with green onions, and drizzle sauce over
