    DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F

  2. Whisk together the jar of apricot jam, dijon mustard (1TB), and soy sauce (⅓ cup)

  3. Pour over chicken and add pitted prunes and apricots in the bottom - NOT the top of the chicken

  4. Place the chicken in a ceramic baking dish  

  5. cook covered with tinfoil for 30 min at 375

  6. cook another 25 min UNCOVERED until skin is golden brown.

  7. BROIL 5 min (move pan to top shelf)
