INGREDIENTS TO BUY
Preheat the oven to 375F
Whisk together the jar of apricot jam, dijon mustard (1TB), and soy sauce (⅓ cup)
Pour over chicken and add pitted prunes and apricots in the bottom - NOT the top of the chicken
Place the chicken in a ceramic baking dish
cook covered with tinfoil for 30 min at 375
cook another 25 min UNCOVERED until skin is golden brown.
BROIL 5 min (move pan to top shelf)
