Pumpkin Pie (keto)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish lightly and set aside.

  2. In a food processor, pulse all the crust ingredients until a dough forms.

  3. Press dough into pie dish starting at the bottom and working up the sides.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes., Allow to cool while you make the filling.

  5. Beat eggs, pumpkin, granulated Swerve, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with an electric mixer.

  6. Add heavy cream. Mix until well combined.

  7. Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

  8. Allow pie to cool completely, slice, and serve.
