Autumn Vibes - Pulled Beef
  1. Brown the beef in a little olive oil, add the onions and just fry gently.

  2. Pour everything else over the beef and onions.

  3. Turn on slow cooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours.

  4. Cut the string off the beef in the last hour.

  5. Tear apart and serve in a big buttery slab of French bread.
