Add olive oil and seasonings (salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika) to diced chicken breast and mix well
Cook chicken on medium to high heat until cooked through, then set aside
Cook diced garlic in the same pan
Add soy sauce, water, and chilli flakes to the pan
Add cornstarch mixed with cold water to thicken the sauce
Remove from heat and add honey
Add cooked chicken back into the sauce and mix together
Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, and chicken stock powder to the mixture
Add grated cheddar cheese and mix until melted and creamy
Cook macaroni pasta according to package directions and drain
Add cooked pasta to the cheese and chicken mixture and mix until combined
Divide into 4 equal servings and serve
