Drain the tuna from the cans
Chop the 2 large cucumbers into bite-sized pieces
Julienne the ½ red onion
In a bowl, combine the tuna, cucumbers, corn, and red onion
In another bowl, prepare the creamy dressing by mixing 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp light mayo, 2 tbsp yellow mustard, 2 minced garlic cloves, salt to taste, 1 lemon juice, and 2 tsp honey
Add water to the dressing if it is too thick
Pour the creamy dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture
Add 2-3 tbsp chopped dill if desired
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Adjust salt, lemon, and thickness according to your preferences
Mix well and serve
