Add 3 Tbsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp sugar free honey, 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Place the chicken into the mixing bowl, and toss to coat well in the marinade.
Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 1 hour.
Preheat the grill, and grill the chicken evenly on both sides until cooked through completely. Cook times will vary depending on the thickness of your breasts.
Layer the salad greens in a large serving bowl.
Top with the strawberries, red onions, feta, almonds and sliced chicken.
Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl, and drizzle over the salad.
Toss the salad well before serving.
