Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Pour in the melted butter and combine with a fork. The mixture will resemble wet sand. Set aside.
Add everything to a large bowl and mix. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Divide the cherry mixture between 2 ramekins. Evenly spread the topping.
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream!
