Healthy Tomato Tartlets
  1. On baking paper, drizzle a little olive oil, add tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese

  2. Dip rice paper sheets in whisked egg, place over the tomato mix and gently press to stick

  3. Bake at 190C (375F) for 15 minutes in oven or air fryer until golden and crispy
