Place white ramekin in a dry glass baking dish, preheat in oven, 325.
Take out of oven, put in hot water, most of the way up.
Butter 2 ramekins. 2 eggs in each ramekin. Top with half a clove of minced garlic.
Top with cream cheese pieces, making sure to put it around the walls and in the center (almost like spacing out the yolks). Add parmesan on top.
Pour over a heaping orange spoon of heavy cream. No stir.
Put tin foil cover on.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. (should still be runny in middle) (12 for really runny, 14 for partial set with runny)
Let it sit with foil still on while you make toast.
Top with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
