Tuna Rice Paper Wraps
  1. Mix your tuna with sriracha, mayo and a few thinly sliced green onions

  2. Hydrate rice paper. We just add a small amount of water to a plate/bowl and dip for just 10-20 seconds or so seconds to get it fully wet and just a little more pliable (it will soften more on the board!)

  3. Lay out your rice paper on a cutting board.

  4. Add seaweed, rice, tuna, thinly sliced cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds, and more seaweed. (Best to have all of this ready to go so the rice paper doesn't sit for too long)

  5. Wrap the sides of the paper up, starting with the top and bottom, and then like a burrito. It can be tricky to work with at first, but if you poke a hole, you can just wrap it in a second wrap!

  6. Add oil to a pan and heat over medium high heat

  7. Crisp the wraps on each side (about 1 minute each side) until it starts to become golden

  8. Take off the heat, dip in a sauce of your liking!!
